Two decades ago, I made a deliberate choice - to build a values-driven career that didn't sit neatly in one box.

I've led strategic change and business improvement inside the Commonwealth Bank. I've driven humanitarian product offerings and digital transformation at World Vision. I've reformed public services for the NSW Government and helped the Salvation Army operate more effectively at scale. That breadth wasn't accidental - it was intentional. I've always believed the most powerful and creative thinking happens at the intersection of sectors, not within the walls of just one.

Today I bring that cross-sector perspective to entrepreneurs, business owners, executives and boards who want to grow with purpose. Whether the challenge is organisational transformation, strategic clarity, operational performance or personal career advancement - I help people and organisations adapt and move forward with confidence.

Education

I hold an MBA in Social Impact (AGSM - UNSW Business School), a Graduate Diploma in Computing & Information Technology (Western Sydney University), and a Bachelor of Economics (Social Sciences) from the University of Sydney. I was also competitively selected for the Startmate Women's Fellowship - one of Australia's leading startup and innovation programs - deepening my expertise in entrepreneurship, venture thinking and the SME ecosystem. That combination of business, technology and social thinking shapes everything I do.

Location

I'm based in Sydney and work with clients in-person and virtually across Australia and beyond.
